ISS chooses SJP to develop a global survey concept

In connection with implementing The ISS Way strategy, SJP A/S and CBS have developed a global survey concept that measures customer loyalty, user satisfaction and employee engagement. The concept charts new territory, as it includes an integrity survey of the three specific areas while linking them to financial performance.

The survey concept will be used to continuously monitor performance and ensure that ISS develops with the customer in focus.

ISS is the fifth-largest service company worldwide, with more than 500,000 employees in 53 countries.
