A holistic approach to work enhances competitive edge
In cooperation with Copenhagen Business School, we have researched the correlations between corporate profitability, customer loyalty, employee loyalty and management quality. This research is documented in a report entitled Return on Leadership. The main conclusion reveals that a 5% improvement in management quality has a +7% impact on the financial bottom line. The results also show that the 10% of companies with the best top net profit ratio have more than 100% higher management quality than the bottom 10%.
Together with our clients, we link individual surveys and analyses to other corporate key figures, surveys, analyses and data – and our reporting is integrated. The new generation of surveys does not focus exclusively on customers, employees or managers. Instead, surveys are conducted, reports written and decisions made based on a holistic approach.
