Leadership Surveys
Good management creates better financial results
Good management is vital when creating appealing workplaces that attract and motivate skilled employees. Employees with visible commitment can and will create improved corporate results. Our 3600 leadership surveys are an ideal basis for developing each individual manager's competencies and improving leadership quality, and this in turn reduces absenteeism, encourages key employees to remain and increase customer loyalty.
Manager surveys improve corporate results
Together with researchers from Copenhagen Business School, SJP A/S has developed a new approach to manager surveys that identifies the management dimensions in which improvements have the greatest impact. Another new feature is that less is required in terms of responses from the groups of stakeholders compared with traditional manager surveys.
Questionnaire-based leadership surveys – easy and secure
We conduct leadershihp surveys as quantitative questionnaire-based manager evaluations. We compile questionnaires with our clients to ensure that the questions reflect the company's core management values as well as possible and these relate to the desired indicators for organisational success. We prioritise that each manager survey has a well-defined purpose and focuses on the opportunities for developing better, more profitable management.
Reports that pioneer results – for individuals and the organisation as a whole
We offer two main types of reports. Manager reports are personal reports on individual managers. Group reports comprise a collection of results from a group of managers (e.g. "Newly appointed managers" or "Managers at management level x"). We highlight that the reports should be accessible to all readers and should focus on putting the goals agreed in the manager surveys into action.
Our online system is available to create structure and clarity, as often action plans for many managers are processed at one time. The company in question can access from the system agreements entered into with individual managers concerning employee surveys, management evaluations and manager development interviews. The core of the organisation can easily receive up-to-date overviews describing both the agreements and progress being made with agreed activities.
